Only if the member makes a habit of it or if there was clearly an attempt to scam you. Feel free to report a non payer to us, we will place a note in the member’s file, but we will not take any action against the member unless it is clearly a case of fraud/scamming or if it is a regular habit of that member. You may not be informed of the action taken due to privacy issues.
