How to list an item on GunsAmerica

1. From your dashboard select Selling, then select List Item.

2. You must enter the Manufacturer or UPC in the Search field on the General Information page.

a. If the Manufacturer is listed you can select it and continue to step 3.

b. If the Manufacturer is not listed you can select Other and skip to step 17.

3. Select the Model of the item from the drop down

a. If the Model is listed you can select it and continue to step 4.

b. If the Model is not listed you can select Other found at the bottom of the drop down and skip to step 17b.

4. If the item you selected in the Model drop down is a firearm the Caliber drop down will be shown. If the item is not a firearm you will not see the Caliber drop down.

5. Other information that is not required to create a listing but that you can provide:

a. For Firearms

i. Stock Number if you have one.

ii. UPC Note: If you entered the UPC in step 2 it will be filled in automatically.

iii. Barrel Length Note: If you entered the UPC in step 2 it will be filled in automatically.

iv. Total Capacity Note: If you entered the UPC in step 2 it will be filled in automatically.

v. Grip Finish

vi. Frame Finish

b. For Non-Firearms

i. Stock Number if you have one.

ii. UPC Note: If you entered the UPC in step 2 it will be filled in automatically.

6. Select Continue to go to the Pictures page

7. You must upload at least one image of the item you are listing for sale, but no more than 5 images. If a potential buyer asks for more images you can send them in a private message with more images attached.

8. Select Continue to go to the Item Details page

9. On Item Details all fields are required.

a. Title

b. Price

c. Quantity

d. Weight in pounds

e. Condition

f. Shipping

i. If you selected Fixed Price for shipping you will need to enter

1. Shipping Cost

2. Delivery Days

g. Item Description

10. Select Continue to go to the Shipping Info page

11. Enter your terms in Shipping Terms

12. Select your Return Policy

13. Select your trade policy

14. Select Continue to go to the Options page

15. On the Options page you can select any or all of the listing enhancements.

16. Select Publish and your listing will be created.

17. If you selected Other as the Manufacturer

a. Other will be selected for you in the Manufacturer drop down and you can manually enter the manufacturer name in the provided text box.

b. You will need to select Other as the Model and then you can manually enter the model name in the provided text box.

c. You then need to select the category the item falls under from the “What type of item is this?” drop down.

d. The rest of the listing process remains the same and you can go back to step 4 now.
