What if I buy something and I’m not happy with it?

Keep in mind GunsAmerica is not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers. If you are unhappy with a purchase you must, first and foremost, communicate with the seller and follow the seller’s return policy and instructions – which you agreed to when you purchased the item.

We strongly suggest keeping communications professional even if you are angry or unhappy with your purchase. Angry words can aggravate the situation. The majority of sellers are honest, hardworking individuals and/or businesspeople who will work with you as long as you polite and abide by the agreed upon return policy.
