What should I do if my email provider is blocking/filtering emails without my permission?

First, make sure to WHITELIST our email address. Directions can be found under our whitelisting instructions. Other than that unfortunately, there’s not much you can do unless they give you the option to “opt out” of the blocking/filter system OR unless they allow you to receive all emails in a “Spam folder” so you can check the folder for emails from “friendly” sources. If they do not give you one of these two options you will never know for sure if you are getting all the emails that are being sent to you.
